The MGS-401 has blue and white jade pattern. The nozzle is slightly angled and it has 3 bores. At the back of the iem, there is the model name printed. The iem utilizes MMCX connectors. The MGS-401 has an ergonomic design with a comfortable fit.
Cable Build & Design
The cable is made of 4N copper and silver-plated copper. It utilizes a 4 core braided design. The MMCX connectors have a silver housing with translucent clear and red ring on the left and right side respectively. There is a memory wire area section in which the cable is enclosed in a translucent heat shrink tube. The chin slider is translucent clear and the y-splitter has a silver housing with the brand name printed on it. Depending on the cable, the jack is either 3.5mm gold plated right angled or 2.5mm gold plated straight. It has a silver housing with black carbon fiber design. There is strain relief.

Sorry if I am asking for a lot, but can you compare the MGS-401 to the DM6 and the NS-5 Dream Bridge? I want to be as informed as possible since this will be my first Chi-Fi IEM 🙂

The MGS-401 is more suitable for female vocals but it has a lighter bass performance.

hi, excellent review, do you think that for the price it is better soundstage than you can get? Or do you recommend some other model with a bigger and more detailed sound? for that price I could get a se535 but I do not know if it is the best option.

Thank you! The MGS-401 has good soundstage but it is light in bass. It depends on other factors you are looking at too. There are other recommendations that has good soundstage too but they offer other aspects. Tansio Mirai TSMR 3 for 7 different sound signatures. TFZ Secret Garden HD for impactful bass.

I know they are in total different price levels, but both being 4 driver IEMs, can you please compare the MGS-401 with the IT04 in terms of transparency, detail retrieval, overall FR and isolation?
