The TSMR-2 has moderate sub-bass quantity and the extension is good. The sub-bass reproduction is agile and rumble is swift. The bass decay is quick which contributes to a high engagement level. The bass texture is rendered with moderate smoothness. The mid-bass has a fair amount of quantity and the slam is delivered with punch. Each bass note is delivered with a clinical hit. There is a nimble presentation.

Mids

The midrange of the TSMR-2 has a clean and detailed presentation. The transparency level is good. The lower midrange has moderate quantity and male vocals are expressed with clarity. The upper midrange has great emphasis with the extra forwardness resulting in a present and engaging female vocals expression. The vivid midrange creates an captivating listen.

Highs

The treble has good extension and the details retrieval is strong. There is no sibilance and harshness. The treble has moderate body and there is a leaner expression. The crisp is well-defined and articulation is precise. The amount of air rendered is great and it creates an airy feeling. There is an apt amount of sparkle to light up the top end . The treble is detailed and controlled.

Soundstage

The TSMR-2 expands naturally in its soundstage. There is an open feeling. The width magnitude is great and there is precise positioning of vocals and instruments. The depth has a good amount of space rendered.
