Sound Analysis


The Sphere has good sub-bass quantity with moderate extension. The sub-bass reproduction provides a natural rumble. The bass decay is quick and the agility is exhibited well. The bass texture is rendered smoothly. The mid-bass has fair amount of body and there is nice punch. Each bass note is articulated with precision and impact. The Sphere showcases a tight and engaging bass expression.


The midrange has good transparency level and the details are expressed well. Vocals are clean and bodied. They are belted out in a captivating manner. The lower midrange has fair quantity and male vocals are expressed well with body without being too upfront. The upper midrange has a nice boost and the greater emphasis results in a more forward presentation that allows female vocals to excel with energy.  There is a very musical and lush showing.


The treble is extended well and it exhibits excellent control to prevent any signs of sibilance and harshness. The amount of air rendered is great and it creates an open feeling. The crisp has moderate definite and there is a touch of sparkle to inject liveliness at the top end. The treble expression has good mastery and it creates a smooth yet engaging listen.


The Sphere has natural soundstage expansion with moderate width magnitude and good depth.
