Sound Analysis


The SA6 has good sub-bass quantity with excellent extension. The sub-bass reproduction is able to provide an agile rumble. The bass decay is quick and it helps to elevate the overall agility. The bass texture is rendered smoothly. The mid-bass has a fair amount of body and the slam is presented with a tight punch. Each bass note is articulated well with a clinical hit.


The midrange has great transparency level and there is good details retrieval. It is imbued with a tinge of warmth. Vocals are belted out cleanly. The lower midrange has moderate quantity and male vocals are expressed clearly albeit with reduced body. The upper midrange has nice forwardness and the emphasis creates a more present female vocals display. The SA6 delivers a captivating midrange.


The treble has excellent extension with no sibilance and harshness. There is moderate body and the crisp is well-defined. The amount of air rendered is great which contributes to an open top end. The treble articulation is precise. There is good sparkle to elevate the overall energy.


The SA6 has a natural soundstage expansion. There is great width magnitude and there is good amount of depth rendered.


There is a switch for 2 modes – Default (‘1’) and Atmospheric Immersion (‘ON’). The Atmospheric Immersion (‘ON’) mode provides a warmer presentation with a touch more bass and lower midrange.
