Sound Analysis
Lows
The IT01X has great sub-bass quantity and there is good extension. The sub-bass reproduction is able to provide an impactful rumble. The bass decay is quick and there is an agile expression. The bass texture is rendered smoothly. The mid-bass has nice amount of body and the slam is delivered with a full punch. Each bass note is articulated well with a robust hit.
Mids
The midrange is smooth and enjoyable. Vocals are presented well in a soothing manner. The lower midrange has good body and male vocals are expressed with lushness. The upper midrange has less emphasis and female vocals are laid-back but still clear. The IT01X is able to deliver a fine midrange display.
Highs
The treble is extended well with no sibilance and harshness. There is a controlled presentation. The crisp is defined well and the sparkle is apt for extra energy at the top end. The amount of air rendered is good which gives an open feeling. The treble expression is smooth which contributes to a fatigue-free listen.
Soundstage
The IT01X expands naturally with good width and depth.
