Lows
The Cupid has great sub-bass quantity and it is extended well. The sub-bass reproduction is able to provide a natural rumble. The bass decay is rather quick and there is an agile expression. The bass texture is rendered smoothly. The mid-bass has a fair amount of body and the slam is able to bring out a nice punch. Each bass note is articulated with fullness.
Mids
The midrange has good transparency level and vocals are presented with clarity. There is detailed presentation. The lower midrange has fair quantity and male vocals are presented clearly. The upper midrange is boosted well and female vocals are expressed with forwardness. The Cupid is able to showcase an energetic and clean midrange.
Highs
The treble is extended well with no sibilance and harshness. The amount of air rendered is good and it contributes to an airy feeling. There is a crisp treble presentation with a fair amount of body. The sparkle is apt and it adds the finishing touch at the top end with more energy. The expression has a good balance of smoothness and engagement.
Soundstage
The Cupid expands naturally with good width magnitude and the amount of depth rendered is great.
